- Using flat paint in high-traffic or frequently touched areas
- Cleaning with abrasive cloths or harsh chemicals
- Using a low-grade paint with poor scrub resistance

RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS
• Apply one or two coats of the recommended paint using a quality roller and brush to ensure even coverage and film thickness.
• In high-touch areas like hallways, kids’ rooms or staircases, choose at least an eggshell finish or higher for added durability.
• Clean painted surfaces using a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaner to avoid damaging the finish.
Note: Use eggshell, satin or semi-gloss finishes in high-traffic areas instead of flat to prevent burnishing.
